if i have an invitation letter for visit visa, is it necessory to provide bank statement and air tickets?.

If the person who invite you will sponsor the trip, please provide his/her bank statement; if you will sponsor yourself, provide your own bank statement. The round-way air ticket is also necessary, since the China Embassy may approve the duration on your visa according to the date of your return air ticket.
