How can I ride the train Hong Kong to Lhasa Tibet and back?

I am looking for schedules and booking information on the train between Hong Kong and Lhasa Tibet.

Take a train from Hk to Changsha or Wuchang first, then continue to take a train to Lhasa, which will take you totally about 56~57 hrs. It will be a tired journey. Take care.
