About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

Hi there,
There is three Yemeni nationality business man want to get visa to travel to china for business purpose and they went there before and the forth one he’s Indian business man but he didn’t went there before.
And I will be in charge to arrange their visa since the Chinese embassy in Sana’a closed.
So I have four questions,
1- What document do I need to take with me?
2- Did the Indian man I mentioned above has to come to Djibouti personally to make his visa, or there is an alternative solution
3- How much is the fees for each visa
4- How long of time the visa will be issue

You will apply for the China visa from China Embassy in Djibouti, right?
1. You need to provide the following documents to apply for the business visa for them:
a. their passport with over 6 months validity and adequate blank pages
b. visa application form V2011A & V2011B completely filled and signed by the applicants themselves affixed with a passport size photo
c. invitation letter from an authorized Chinese unit such as foreign affairs office
d. their residence permit or valid visa in Djibouti
e. round-trip air tickets
2. you can just go to the Embassy to submit the application for them all
3. I only know that it costs CNY227 for a citizen of Djibouti to apply for a China single entry visa, but not sure the fee for the third country people in Djibouti.
4. The procedure usually takes 4 working days if everything goes well.
