I hold Canadian passport . Can I apply for a tourist visa in Mumbai or Delhi ?

I divide my time between Saudi Arabia and India. What are the requirements for applying for tourist visa
from embassy in Delhi or Mumbai ? How long does it take to get the visa and what will be the cost ? I want to visit Guangzhou and Guillin with friends.

Do you have Indian residence permit or work permit? An applicant holding a passport other than Indian passport should provide the original and a copy of their permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in India).

If you can provide the document, you can apply for a China tourist visa in Mumbai or New Delhi according to consular districts. It takes 4 working days for processing, it costs RS. 1,700 for single entry China visa, RS. 610 for fee of Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Mumbai or New Delhi.
