how can i re-new my visa when its about to expire?

How can I re-new my visa when its about to expire because i was given 90 days (category L) and am still having some things doing here in china, send me the address i can use so that my passport can reach to your embassy in Uganda very first and in good way. I will be very grateful .On top of that send me your address which i can use here in china.

You can renew your L visa in China, please go to the local Exit-Entry Administrative Department of Public Security Bureau to renew it, bring your passport, one passport photo, fill in visa application form, accommodation sheet issued by a hotel or locla police station, bank statement.
