You need to submit the following documents:1. Your Philippines passport 2. fill in visa application form V.2011A 3. one recent passport photo 4. hotel booking 5. two-way flight tickets 6. the previousely used China visa sticker on your passportYou don't need to provide NBI or passbook again.
