i will go to china for the 2nd time what are the documents i need to submit?

i will go to china for the 2nd time what are the documents i need to submit?do i need to submit NBI again?and show my passbook again?thank you

You need to submit the following documents:
1. Your Philippines passport
2. fill in visa application form V.2011A
3. one recent passport photo
4. hotel booking
5. two-way flight tickets
6. the previousely used China visa sticker on your passport

You don't need to provide NBI or passbook again.
