About:Chinese Embassy in Venezuela

can I sand someone with my documents to apply for a visa, or I have to be there ?

If for tourist and business visa, you can send someone else to submit the application on your behalf, but the visa application form must be filled and signed by yourself. For other types of visa, you must go in person.
