About:China Customs Declaration

Am I allowed to bring a 3kg bag of river sand sample with me to Nanning Airport?

I need to present this to to my client in China for analysis in China for the purpose of exporting river sand into China.

Well, I am not sure. Maybe you can try. But you need to put them into the checked luggage.
