Transit visa to Hong Kong for a Sri Lankan PP holder

I am a New Zealand permanent resident, traveling on a Sri Lankan passport. My return travel requires a one night (20 hrs) lay over in HK. How do I apply for a transit visa?

You may just apply for the Hk transit visa from the China Emabssy or consulate in your living place in New Zealand with the following documents:
1. Application for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong (ID 1003A) affixed with a recent-taken passport-size photo.
2. your valid passport
3. air ticket for your return to New Zealand
