Hourly Lounge vs. Beijing Airport Hotel

I am confused. Yesterday, I booked a hotel-style room at the Hourly Lounge, via the Beijing Airport website. Is there a difference between the Airport Hotel and the Hourly Lounge?
We do not have a visa for China, so am curious about this as well. We were advised by the China Visa Service if we do not leave PEK A/P, we do not require a visa.
Thank you, in advance, for your response.

Hourly Lounge is a rest room with round-the-clock hotel style facilities for rest, with single and standard rooms, TV programs, movies and other service facilities. You can find it at the departure hall of T3. Well,
Capital Airport Hotel Beijing is a normal hotel with full facilities which is near to the airport. You may need a transit visa or transit permit to go to the Airport Hotel.
