passport with 2 blank pages plus 1 photo, do we need any other documentation? It is our first visit

You also need the documents below:
1. a fully filled China visa application form with your genuine information.
2. tour ininerary or flight and hotel booking.
3. copies of your previous passport, driver license, etc.
Please note that for mail visa application, only credit card payment will be accepted by providing a completed "Payment Authorization Form", and you have to pay additional mail handling fee of $10.00 per package.
