About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Can I schedule an appointment to renew my expired HK SAR passport? Office address in Vancouver pls.

You do have to make an online-appointment for a China visa application, but not sure whether you need to do this for renewing a HK SAR passport. Maybe you can contact the China Consulate in Vancouver directly to get a confirmation. Their contact info. is below:
