About:Chinese Embassy in France

how to obtain a visa to enter France

I'd like to ask a question out of curiosity. A chinese friend of mine should go to France on the 5th of April for a concert for at least 3 days but his company (he's a singer) told us that he doesn't have the chance to get a proper visa.
Which problems could he have faced so that he can't get even that visa?

The phone number is (010) 6413 1878 which is available 08:30-12:00 & 13:15-16:30 from Monday to Friday except the public holidays.
Personally, I think your Chinese friend can apply for a visa to France.
