hi . I am a Libyan citizen, can i get the chine's Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month Validity   from  the embessay on Tripoli?  i have  been there many time befor,  thank you

If you have been to China many times, there should many Chinese visa stamps on your passport. I think you cam apply for such a multiple entry China visa, but you still have to provide a written explanation for the purpose of frequent visit to China.
