About:How to Buy Tickets

chengdu to lhasa by train

hi, we wish traveling to china on September October 2012 . Is it a good season to visit Tibet? Is there a train from Chengdu to Lhasa? How long it takes to get there? And how much cost the ticket? Is in Chengdu easy to find a cheap hotel?

Oct and Sep are suitable for traveling to Tibet. And yes, there is a train from Chengdu to Lhasa. It will cost around 44 hours and $115 per ticket for harder sleeper.
