Do we need a visa to stay in the Baiyun airport Pullman hotel for 5 hours?

We are in transit from Brisbane to Paris via the Baiyun airport. With two babies with us, we were hoping to book into the airport hotel for 5 hours for a rest. Do we need a visa?
