Question

Can I apply whithout  an invitation letter? Could you kingly tell me the conditions of taking an appointment.  And how long is takes to recieve my passport back after applying.

If you come for sightseeing, you can apply for a tourist L without an invitation letter, but you need to provide your travel itinerary, round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking. There is no need to take an appointment, if you come for business or work, you have to obtain an invitation letter.
