can i get a transit visa od uae on the way?

I am writing from Mongolia. We are two persons would like to get a UAE transit visa for 2 days between 02-04 Apr, 2012 on the return way from Argentina, via Beijing-Dubai-Buenos-Aires by EK.We will arrive in Bejing at 10:20, on 21 March, and will depart from Bejing to further place 23:05, on 23 March. During this time, can we get a transit visa of Dubai from your embassy? Can we send you visa application and passport copy for proceedings before we will visit your embassy on 21 March with our passport?

The Embassy does not issue Transit Visa, you should contact the airline company that will fly you to the UAE and enquire from them about the possibility of traveling to the UAE without prior visa.
