We are planning to recruit people from Moscow, Novosibirsk and Tbilisi and work in China. May I ask if I want to apply for Z visa for Russians, how long does it take to process? I notice that there is no Consulate General of China in Georgia, how do people in Tbilisi, Georgia, apply for Z Visa?Thank you!

There is Embassy of China in Georgia whose address is P. O. Box 224, Tbilisi.It usually takes four working days for the China Embassy or Consulate to issue a visa if the applicants submit all the necessary documents.

The REAL issue is that if you want to recruit from overseas you will have to become accredited to hire foreigners.  This is a long and complex process.  You should contact the relevant authorities in China, I assume the PSB, and get an experienced person to help u.
