You may just apply for a visa of Egypt from the Embassy of Egypt in China with the following documents:
1. your passport
2. valid China visa and 2 copies of the photograph page
3. completed visa Application Form
4. two recent identical colored passport sized photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background, with the name of the applicant written on the back
