What documents & fees are required by U.K. national to obtain crew visa for joining a ship at Ningbo

The documents required are:
1. Original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application and sufficient blank visa pages.
2. One completed Visa Application Form (Download) with a recently-taken passport photo.
3. Related certificates as provided for in the bilateral agreement or as required by the Chinese side, such as an official letter issued by your company or corporation stating that you apply for a crew visa.
The visa fee is 30 pounds.
