Have you ever made any registration for your baby at an official Chinese office? Do you mean you want to apply for Chinese nationality for your baby? Then you will have to apply for a 13A visa for him'her in order to enter philippines. The duration wilbe approved by the Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China according to the documents you provided. To get exact answer, I advise you contact the Filipino Embassy or consulate in your place of domicile directly.
