L visa to z visa

Respected sir,
sir i had come china on L visa and here i found a job in a company and i want to change my L visa in z visa is it possible to change the visa with out leaving china ? and what are the necessary documents required ?

It's hard for your to apply for a China work visa without exit the country. However, you can try to do this with the help of your employer. Good luck!
The documents needed are your valid passport, a ful-filled visa application form, one recent-taken passport standard photo, Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation and work permit issued by the Ministry of foreign affairs.
