Visa application from other indian state citizen

Hello, I m a foreigner with a residence permit of Gujarat state, i live in Vadodara and i want to apply for F visa to china. Is it possible fo me to apply in Mumbai or do i need to go absolutly to New Delhi?

Vadodara, Gujarat State is under the consular jurisdiction of China embassy in New Delhi, you need to go absolutely to New Delhi to apply for China visa through Chinese Visa Application Service Center in New Delhi.
