Renewing Chinese passport

I am a Chinese citizen and want to renew my passport I live in Vancouver. where do I go and what documents do I need to bring ?

You can renew your passport at the China Consulate in Vancouver with the documents below:
1. your present passport and copy of the information page of the passport, namely the passport page with your photo. If you have ever applied for extension of passport, copy of the extension page is also required. If you have ever applyied for note addition, copy of the corresponding page is needed.
2. original and copies of your Permanent Resident Card, valid work visa or student visa in Canada.
3. fully filled Chinese passport application form
4. three recent-taken two inch half-length, bareheaded, full-faced photos.
