Russian visiting HongKong, can we get a visa on the Lo Wu border for visiting ShenZhen for a day?

Have you ever been to China before? If not, I kindly advise you apply for a China visa from the visa office of PRC in China in advance. Since sometimes, it is not so easy to get a Shenzhen visa at the entry port if you don't have any China visa stamps on your passport.0
