Visa on arrival for Macau

I'm working in Saudi Arabia with resident visa but I'm from Tunisia ( I hold a Tunisian passport). I will visit Macau to attend a scientific conference for 3 days from 31 March to 2 April 2012. Do I require visa for Macau and can I obtain a visa on arrival.
