Cost for a 24 hour stay permit in Guangzhou

I am transiting in Guangzhou for approximately 10 hours, apparently we can get a 24 hour stay permit at the airport, I would like to know if there is a cost apply to this type of permit and how much is it? Me and my 3 y.o girl hold Australian passport thank you
