lost my permesso di soggiorno

Dear sir or madam,My name is Nawaz Shah.I am Pakistani Citizen and i am Medical student in Zhengzhou University Henan Province,i lost my Pakistani Passport and my Italian Permesso di soggiorno here in China,I got my Permesso di soggiorno in Oristano Sardegna.i got soggiorno on faimly base.my soggiorno will expire in 2014.i am so upset .i cant concentrate on my study.please help me how to do.i will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness...

You can apply for a new Pakistani passport through Pakistan Embassy in Beijing, however, it is impossible for you to get Italian Permesso di soggiorno in China, after getting the new passport, you have to go to Italy to get a new Italian Permesso di soggiorno.

dear sir, my name is Alam mushrid. i am the citizen of Bangladesh. i got the Permesso di soggiorno at the date of January first 2013 and expire will be January first 2015. my mom was ill and that is why i came Dhaka Bangladesh at the date of June 2013.after coming here very unfortunately i lost my passport which i got from Rome Italy. after that  i did a lost report in my local police station and last i got another new passport  (MRP-Machine readable passport)  from Dhaka Bangladesh. my previous passport number is also include (as reference) in new one.i have my valid Permesso at this moment.so can i go back to my destination Italy again?feeling so much confused. please help me sir.what can i do?
