Cost for Z Visa

I've accepted a position in China. My employer has prepared all of the necessary documents for my wife and me. I am now awaiting on their arrival. My question is, do you know how much it will cost for my z visa. [my employer will reimburse me for the cost of my visa but not the one for my wife.] Is there an additional cost for my wife's visa or can she enter china on mine. I am a USA citizen living in Cebu City, Philippines [USA Passport] and my wife is a Filipino citizen [Philippine Passport]. I would appreciate any information you can provide. Best regards, Anthony
