Good day. I am a Libyan citizen, can i get the chine's visa from chine's embessay on istunbul or form chine's embassy on Bangkok

Where are you now?  No matter you apply for the China visa from Istanbul or bangkok, you will be required to provide Residence Permit for foreigners valid for more than six months before the date that you go back to Turkey or Bangkok or departs for other destinations.
