About:Embassy & Consulates of Pakistan in China

if i will become chinese national so what will happen with my pakistani nationality?

1- if i will become chinese national so what will happen with my pakistani nationality , i mean if i would like to go pakistan sometimes,, is it easy for me then ,, or i need some thing?
2- if i can go to pakistan ,, so for how long can i stay in pakistan easily?
3- my wife can go with me easily whenever we want to go?
4- while during my living in china , my parents means my father , mother, and sister they can come to china easily or not and for how long they can stay in china with me?
5- if i would to educate my childeren in future in pakistan , is it possible?
6- i have my own land (my house) in pakistan , if i will become chinese national ,so it will affect my property or not?

1. If you get our Chinese nationality, your pakistan nationality will be invalid, since China doesn't acknowledge dual nationality.
2. If you will go back to Pakistan afer getting Chinese nationality, you may be granted a multiple entry visa for one year or even longer period of time.
3. I think your marriage certificate and your original Pakistan nationality will be much help for your wife's visa application to Pakistan.
4. It will be easy for your family to go to China to visit you with a China L family visiting visa. They may be allowed to stay in China for 30-180 days for each entry.
5. I think it's possible.
6. I don't think it will affect your property in Pakistan because of changing into Chinese.

thanks for answering me,, i want to know another thing,, within how many months or days my nationality will be changed from pakistan to chinese. ?

zeeshan, frankly speaking, it is almost impossible for you to become a Chinese national, China is the most difficult country for foreigners to join its nationality because China is a populous country. It is extremely hard to join China nationality, the condition is very rigorous.

If you submit application, it takes 6 months for processing, you will be give the decision of denial after 6 months.

hi dear
really greatful to you for answering me,, one more question ,, what will happen if i will marry a chinese girl.. the condition will remain same for me or it will be changed? and after marriage for working i shall need working visa again if i want to work in china or not?

The condition will remain same for you even though you marry a Chinese girl. After marriage for working, you shall need work visa again if you want to work in china.

You can stay in China after marriage, you can apply for residence permit for family visit, but it doesn't allow you to work in China, you can use it to legally stay in China and find a job, after the employer gets the Alien Employment License and Invitation Letter of A Duly Authorized Unit, you return to Pakistan to apply for a work visa, then apply for a residence permit within 30 days after entry into China, the residence permit needs to be renewed annually.

thanks for helping me ,, one last question ,,, for how long i can stay in china after marriage without doing job in china,,, and if later my wife wants to be pakistani national it would be possible for her or not?

You can stay in China for about 1 year after marriage without doing a job in China, if you hold a tourist visa with 30 days duration of each stay to enter China, after marriage, you can extend your tourist visa for 3 times and get a 3 months duration of stay each time, then you can stay in China for 9 months after the marriage.
