At Huashan, without having to trek is there transportation to take us to see all the peaks?

I read in your website about the recommended trekking route which sounds rather daunting. I read also that the entrance fee of 180 CNy includes transportation to the various scenic spots of North Peak, JinSuo Guan, Middle and East Peak. Is this correct? What transportation is this? Bus? Or we have to take the cable car to North Peak and still need to trek to the other 3 stated spots?
Am I correct to presume that there are roads to the various peaks? If so, if I rent a taxi, can the taxi drive us to all the peaks then?

You can take a train from Xian city to Huanshan. The scenics you mentioned are included in the admission fee, while if you want to take the cable car, extra charge will be needed. There is no taxi but only cable car available on the mountain. And you can only get to the North Peak by cable car, for the East, West and Southern peak, you need to walk.
