hi, is it fine if i dont have a tin id?

hi, is it fine if i dont have a tin id? i have the latest ITR and how much money one should have in bank if you would like to get a Tourist Visa?we'll have 3 days tour in beijing

It's stipulated that the applicant has had at least 100 US dollars per day on his/her account as the finanical proof to apply for a China tourist visa. Howeve, the China embassy or consulate who deal with the visa has the final right on this.
