dear sir Mr. Liu Jian my name is Khalil and i live in Pakistan.i did m phil (19 year education) in pharmacy from pakistan . sir i wanna Ph D in pharmacy from Chinese university because i am unable to afford fee. i read about Chinese scholarship on csc Chinese scholarship council  and  their mentioned that if you need a scholarship you  contact with Chinese embassy  in respective countries from February to April. sir if you guide me in this regard i am very thankful to you.regardkhalil
