Can I get a work visa without a Degree

My company wants to move me to move to Beijing to provide product support, but I do not have a degree. I have been with this company for more than 10 years

If the beijing branch office of the your company can obtain the alien employment license and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit for you, you can get a work visa even though you don't have a degree.
