I have a multy entry F visa , and during this stay i will have to overstay

I am supposed to leave before the 9 of March, but i got flight for the 12. Is there any way i can ask for an small extension? what is the best and cheapest way of doing this??? i call the embassy but everybody keep telling me to call somebody else!
