For z visa application, your should first get the below 2 documents from your employer1. alien work permit 2. visa notification letter issued by an authorized Chinese government office if you have obtained, please make the medical examination record in an hospital accepted by the China embassy in Iran, then prepare your passport, one completed visa application form affixed with one recent passport photo.
