birth registration.....

Hi,

I'm in china now and pregnant, planning to give birth here. My annulment paper is still going on in the Philippines... and still using the surname of my previous husband. Can I use my maiden name in the hospital registration but my child will use the surname of my present husband? please help! thanks!
