what are all the procedures and fees for business visa?

I am India origin, would like to get business visa, How can I ?, and what are all the procedures and fees

You have to book in advance via the China Visa Application Service Center's website for submission first, and then submit your visa application to the Centre in person or entrusts someone else on your behalf with the following documents:
1. Your original passport with over 6 months validity and more than 2 blank pages left;
2. One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo;
3. Invitation letter of duly authorized unit in China such as government departments, companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. Or invitation letter from the legally registered company in China along with comfirmation letter of invitation.
4. Covering letter from your company or office with the details of the visiting purpose;
5. Photocopy of the personal data page of your passport.

Then, you can go to the Embassy to collect the visa with the pick-up receipt and the visa fee of 2000 Rs (for a single entry).

Please what is the difference between invitation letter from legally registered company and confirmation letter of invitation?

If the invitation letter is provided by the companies and social organizations you will visit, then no comfirmation letter of invitation will be needed. If the invitation letter is provided by a facilitator, namely a third party, then you will also need the comfirmation letter of invitation from the companies and social organizations you will visit to confirm that the business activity has been implemented.
