About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Swede wants to stay Long!

. I am a Swedish man who wants to stay "maximum" time in China because i will marry to my Chinese partner in March 2012. Have Visa L but only single entry today. I am retired, over 63 years old , have good finance and No criminal record. What and how do i apply for to stay as long as possible?

You may apply for a family visit visa that is valid for one year at most or a residence permit that is valid for one or two years from the local Entry & Exit Department where your Chinese partner lives after your marriage.
