Hi, I will be going to shanghai for a yr or so. Can my gf stay in china for the same period too? She is thai and we are not married. Thank you!

Your Thailand girlfriend can't stay with you in Shanghai for 1 year because you are not married. She can apply for a single entry tourist visa to China, but generally she will be permitted to stay for 30 days.
