what are the basic requirement for visit visa?

I'm one of the employee of Modena Corporation, Panama and our management wish to arrange a visit to our China office for one week. Previously I never visit China. So, What type of visa I've to apply, what documents need to submit along with application  and an I need to appear in embassy along with application?  Please assist me.

You need to apply for a business visa (F visa). The required documents are: 1. your Bangladesh passport and photocopy of data pages 2. fill in visa application form 3. one passport photo 4. invitation letter from your China office with the copy of business license 5. an official invitation letter of a duly authorized unit or confirmation of invitation letter, the China office of your company needs to go to local Foreign Affairs Office to get the letterYou need to appear in embassy along with application because it is the first time for you to apply visa.
