My baby s 2 mos. old, have a german passport here in the phil. what are the requirements for L visa?

The requirements for the baby applying L visa are:
1. the baby's German passport
2. one passport photo of the baby
3. one of the parent fill in visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B for the baby
4. the valid philippines visa and entry record

You'd better tell me more information, such as the birth place of the baby, the nationality of parents, etc

My baby is born here in the philippines , father is german citizen and im a filipino citizen..

The father and I have permanent residence visa in china

You may also provide copy of your Chinese residence permit and and passport information page and your bank certificate to asist the visa application for your baby.
