Spanish with a tourist Visa in Thailand

I am from Spain and on holidays in Thailand, therefore i only have a tourist visa here in Bangkok (no work permit and no resident visa). Can i still apply for my visa for traveling to China here in Bangkok?

You can try to apply for China visa in Bangkok, but it is also possible that your application will be denied because you are not a resident in Thailand. Since Jan 1, 2012, the new regulations for L visa have been carried out, the round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking are required if the application can't provide an invitation letter from China (friend, realtives or travel company)
