About:China Visa

Visa that will allow me to accompany my partner while he is working in China.

My partner is working in China under F Visa. He works there for 2-3 weeks at a time travelling 2 times a month from Malaysia. I want to accompany him from time to time and require a Visa that will allow me mutable entries for 6 months. I will not work in China only accompany my partner. I live with my partner in Kuala Lumpur we are both residents , with Malaysian Immigeration passes. I hold a Philippines passport.

Can you tell me what Visa i should apply for, what letters / documents should accompany my application.

Do i require a letter for my partners Company to suport my application and how should the letter be written, and can the letter come from my partners Company in Malaysian or from China Company.

Your assistance would be appriciated

If you have not gotten married him, you have to apply for a China visa as if your partner doesn't exist. In fact, he works in China on a F visa, you can't apply for a dependent visa even though you got married him. The letter from your partner's company in Malaysia or from China company is useless for your application. Now you can only apply for Chinese tourist visa (L visa) at Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kuala Lumpur.
