About:Chinese Embassy in Australia
Submitted application to Visa Application Service Centre on 27/1/2012 .. how much longer?
We submitted our completed forms by certified mail nearly one month ago. The web site states 4 working days as the process time. We have tried ringing on at least 5 occasions (holding on for up to 3 hours). We are becoming anxious as our trip is due in 3 weeks and we have now been advised that it is 10 working days. We have supplied all the information asked of us via e-mails however any e-mails that we have sent have not been responded to. Is this normal .. do we have reason to be apprehensive?
