South Korean passport holder- applying for Chinese working visa (1 year) in Bern

I am a South Korean passport holder, and I am going to sign a contract with a hotel in China to work/train there for one year. Am I supposed to go back to South Korea to apply for the visa, or could it be done in Bern's Chinese Embassy instead? I have previously applied for the visa in Bern for a 6 months Chinese working visa, but the hotel this time is not sure about it. Thank you very much.

If you will just have a vocational training for one year in China, I think you can only apply for a China F business visa and you can apply for it at the Chinese Embassy in Bern with your work visa or residence permit in Bern.
