How do I apply for a double entry tourist visa?

hi, i am applying for a double entry tourist visa do i have to supply hotel details for every night of my 2 week stay please.

Yes, you'd better provide the hotel details for every night. Besides, your air tickets and travel itinarary are also necessary.
