I will be visiting Harbin next month and would like to know contacts of some car rentals.
please provide me suggestions for clothings, car rentals, how to visit Siberian Tiger Park, can local city travel be possible without Car rental, precautions if any.

March is still cold with the average high temp of 2C, low temp of -10C, so I sugguest you wear warm clothes, such as a down jacket. For tours, you can take a taxi or rent a car. Taking a taxi to the Tiger Garden from the city area will take you about RMB40.
